A large number of vehicles problems can be checked, by using diagnostics, from ensuring that the vehicle components are working efficiently to detecting pending faults. The on board electronics monitor vehicle systems from abs systems to the convertible roof.

Diagnostics is not straight forward as what it seems, the equipment will give codes to what component is not working or not doing its job correctly. Replacement of this component is not always the answer as there are other variables to take in consideration.

E.G. Most of the electronics on the engine work on only 5 volts so a bad connection caused by corrosion might be the fault not the component.

A basic diagnostic test is £ 27.50 plus vat.
